领导是人们在生活的特定社会组织中,为了实现一定的目标,依靠具有一定影响力的个人和集体,通过示范、命令等途径,引导人们实现目标的行为过程。权力、责任和服务,是领导概念的基本涵义。但在领导活动过程中由于使用权力在前,履行义务在后等原因难免遇到使用权力与履行义务不对称的情况,对领导来说,应当拥有社会责任感,正确的对待权力与义务。
Leadership is the specific social organization in which people live, in order to achieve certain goals, relying on influential individuals and collectives, through demonstration, order and other means to guide people to achieve the goal of the behavior process. Power, responsibility and service are the basic concepts of leadership. However, in the course of leading activities, due to the use of power in the first place, the performance of obligations inevitably encountered after the use of power and performance of the situation is inequitable, the leadership should have a sense of social responsibility, the correct treatment of power and obligations.
