与剪力墙相连的梁称为连梁。连梁一般具有跨度小、截面大,与连梁相连的墙体刚度又很大等特点。因此,在高屋建筑的水平力作用下,连梁的内力往往很大。设计时,即使采取了降低连梁内力的各种措施,如:加大剪力墙的洞口宽度;在连梁中部开水平缝;在计算内力和位移时对连梁的刚度进行折减等,仍无法使连梁的截面设计符合要求。由于设计规范对此没有明确规定,因此,设计时感到无所适从。而设计、构造的不发将会造成结构在抵抗水平力时的强度、刚度不符合要求,进而影响承受竖向荷载的能力。现将讨论高屋建筑剪力墙中连梁设计的几个问题,并提出相应的设计建议。

The design and construction of non-fat will result in the structure in the horizontal force to resist the strength, stiffness does not meet the requirements, thus affecting the ability to withstand vertical load. We will now discuss several problems in the design of connecting beams in high-rise building shear walls and propose appropriate design recommendations.
