目的了解昆明地区0~12岁儿童血浆25-(OH)D的水平和现状.方法应用罗氏公司Roche cobas 8 000/E602全自动电化学发光免疫分析系统对昆明地区4区8县0~12岁4 489例儿童进行血浆25-(OH)D水平的检测,应用SPSS统计软件进行统计分析.结果随着年龄的增大,血浆25-(OH)D浓度逐渐降低,各年龄组血浆浓度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男女2组血浆25-(OH)D浓度比较,结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);昆明地区儿童维生素D平均水平是83.48 nmol/L,0-1岁组儿童血浆25-(OH)D浓度呈分散性分布,6~9岁组血浓度分布最集中.结论昆明地区0~12岁儿童维生素D水平总的处于一个良好的营养状况,但随着年龄的增长,维生素D营养水平逐渐降低,尤其3岁以后降低明显,均处于不足或缺乏状态,应引起大家的重视.
Objective To investigate the level and current status of plasma 25- (OH) D in children aged 0 ~ 12 in Kunming area.Methods The Roche cobas 8 000 / E602 automatic electro-chemiluminescence immunoassay The plasma levels of 25- (OH) D in 4 489 children were detected by SPSS statistical software.Results With the increase of age, plasma 25- (OH) D concentration gradually decreased, and the plasma concentrations in all age groups were significantly different (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in plasma 25- (OH) D concentrations between men and women in two groups (P> 0.05). The average level of vitamin D in children in Kunming was 83.48 nmol / L, The concentration of 25- (OH) D in children aged 1 year was distributed dispersively, and the concentration of blood was most concentrated in children aged 6-9 years.Conclusion Vitamin D level in children aged 0 ~ 12 years in Kunming is always in a good nutritional status, With age, vitamin D nutrition levels gradually decreased, especially after 3 years of age to reduce significantly, are in deficit or lack of state, should arouse people’s attention.
