当代中学生作为21世纪我国参与世界竞争的主角,他们的心理素质和对挫折的心理承受力问题引起了全社会的广泛关注,对中学生进行挫折教育的呼声也日益强烈。该文针对中学生的心理特征及表现,探讨挫折教育的内涵,明确挫折教育的目标,并利用语文教学的优势对中学生进行挫折教育,培养其良好的心理承受力。在实施挫折教育的策略中,本着对学生进行挫折认知、挫折后的心理疏导与调整的原则探讨了实施挫折教育的对策,以期能对挫折教育起到一些现实的影响。
As a protagonist of China’s participation in world competition in the 21st century, contemporary middle school students have drawn wide attention from the whole society for their psychological qualities and psychological endurance to setbacks. There is also a growing call for frustration education for middle school students. According to the psychological characteristics and performance of middle school students, this article discusses the connotation of frustration education, defines the goal of frustration education, and utilizes the advantage of Chinese teaching to set up frustration education for middle school students and cultivate their good psychological endurance. In the strategy of setting up frustration education, this article discusses the countermeasures to implement setback education in the light of the students’ understanding of setbacks, the psychological counseling and setbacks after setbacks, and hopes to exert some realistic influence on the setback education.
