On January 8, 2016, the 2015 National Science and Technology Awards Conference was held in Beijing’s Great Hall of the People. Among them, Prof. Pan Jianwei, Prof. Lu Zhaoyang and others from the University of Science and Technology of China won the first prize of the National Natural Science Award 2015 for their research results “Multi-photon Entanglement Interferometry”. The First Prize in Natural Sciences is considered the highest award in the field of natural sciences in China. In the past ten years, there have been nine vacancies in the Prize.
