84年2月27日至3月4日,中国土木工程学会混凝土及预应力混凝土学会部分预应力混凝土委员会在厦门集美召开了《部分预应力混凝土结构设计建议》审议会。参加会议的有全国建工、铁道和交通三个部门的40个单位56位代表。为了加速部分预应力混凝土在我国的推广,中国土木工程学会混凝土及预应力混凝土学会部分预应力混凝土委员会于1982年组织编写一本适用于房屋、桥梁(包括铁路桥、公路桥和城市道路桥)及其他工程各类结构的统一的部分预应力混凝土结构设计建议,(以下简称《建议》)供设计参考使用。1983年底完成了《建议》(征求意见稿)的编写任务并征求了全体委员的意见。
From February 27 to March 4, 84, the Chinese Society of Civil Engineers’ Concrete and Prestressed Concrete Society partially prestressed concrete committee held a council for the “Proposal on Design of Partially Prestressed Concrete Structures” in Jimei, Xiamen. The conference was attended by 56 representatives from 40 units in the three departments of construction workers, railways and transportation. In order to accelerate the promotion of partially prestressed concrete in China, the Chinese Society of Civil Engineers’ Concrete and Prestressed Concrete Society of Partial Prestressed Concrete Committees organized in 1982 an application for houses, bridges (including railway bridges, highway bridges, and urban road bridges). The design proposal of the unified partial prestressed concrete structure for various types of structures and other structures (hereinafter referred to as “Proposal”) is for design reference use. At the end of 1983, it completed the task of preparing the “advice” (draft for comment) and solicited the opinions of all members.
