当前,一种集自娱性、表演性、锻炼性为一体,以强烈的音响、特殊的形式、欢快的内容,通过众人来演示的舞蹈即广场舞,可谓风靡盛行,随处可见。参加者有老年人、中年人、青年人甚至还有小孩。可播放舞曲所产生的噪音,也令人苦不堪言。在劝阻无效的情况下,一些人无奈之下动用暴力来制止。岂料,这种“以毒攻毒”式的解决方法,反而给自己带来了麻烦。
