用悬浮区熔法制取生长轴向为<110>,<123>、<111>和<110>四个取向的铌单晶。在总结制取单晶工艺同时,从晶体生长和热力学角度对有关机理进行探讨,指出提高晶体质量的途径,并且对铌单晶的腐蚀条纹提出了初步看法。
The monoclinic Niobium single crystals grown in the four orientations of <110>, <123>, <111> and <110> were grown by suspension zone melting. At the same time, the mechanism of crystal growth and thermodynamics is discussed, and the way to improve the crystal quality is pointed out, and the preliminary view of the corrosion fringe of niobium single crystal is proposed.
