随着我国学校体育竞赛事业的蓬勃发展,由高校自主培养的高水平运动员开始登上世界大学生运动会的舞台,展示了我国大学生运动员的风采。但同时,在建设高水平运动队的过程中,不可避免地出现了一些问题,如高校高水平运动队的定位问题、高水平运动员培养的目标问题、高水平运动队管理的问题等。对此,本期刊登下文,以期就我国高校高水平运动队的建设与发展为高校提供一些参考。
With the vigorous development of school sports competition in our country, high-level athletes independently trained by colleges and universities begin to mount the stage of the World University Games and demonstrate the elegance of college athletes in China. However, in the process of building a high-level sports team, some problems inevitably arise, such as the positioning of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities, the training of high-level athletes and the management of high-level sports teams. In this regard, this issue is published below, with a view to China’s high-level sports teams in colleges and universities to provide some reference for the construction and development.
