一、前言渗碳淬火等表面硬化法,以提高齿轮、轴类的耐磨性和疲劳特性为目的广泛地应用着。但是,众所周知,表面硬化使冲击值大幅度降低。冲击强度虽然是重要的问题,但是从设计方面如何考虑还没有完全确定下来,至于冲击和冲击疲劳的研究,目前也还不多,所以冲击疲劳的试验方法也没有确立。各研究单位采取自己的方法。本文主要论述渗碳淬火材料的处理条件以及与材质和冲击疲劳特性有关的试验结果。同时也述及了一部分软氮化材料的试验
