有杆抽油泵效率用实际排量与理论排量的比值计算,由于实际计量的误差,使实际排量的准确性不高,而使有杆抽油泵的效率与实际情况产生很大的偏差。根据有杆抽油泵的杠杆原理,以实测静载示功图为基础,得出实测静载示功囹与理论静载示功图的做动面积之比作为校核有杆抽油泵效率的计算公式,就克服了以排量为基础计算效率的误差。通过对60口井的计算表明,其平均误差为3.88%,最小误差只有0.37%,最大误差为18.63%。误差小于5%的有11口井,占总计算井的68.75%。
