本文从耐久跑对学生身体机能的积极影响作分析,旨在阐述注重跑前舒展、跑中调整以及跑后放松等方式对增强学生运动激情和潜能的推动作用。耐久跑步活动运用是周期性的大强度运动,要求运动者的中枢神经系统具备较高的机能稳定性,心血管机能与运动机能相适应,有利于培养学生整体协调和综合运用能力。探讨耐久跑活动运用对增强学生的身体素质和培养顽强意志具有积极促进作用,能提高课程教学效果。
This paper analyzes the positive effects of enduring running on students ’body functions, and aims to explain the promotion of students’ sports passion and potential by focusing on running before stretching, adjusting during running and relaxing after running. The use of durable running activities is a period of intense exercise, requiring exercise of the central nervous system has a high stability, cardiovascular function and motor function to adapt to help develop the overall coordination and comprehensive utilization of the ability of students. To explore the use of durable running activities to enhance students’ physical fitness and train tenacious will have a positive role in promoting the teaching effectiveness of the course.
