由我院一室为广东双泰运输企业集团公司利用原海军退役登陆艇进行改装设计、由福建省闽东华泰船舶工业发展总公司改建的50车/500客大型海峡渡船“鸿志”号,经试航测试各项性能指标满足设计要求,已于今年11月16日在福建举行了隆重的交船仪式,随即投入了广西省北海港至海南省海口港之间的营运。由于该车客渡船的投入不仅为海峡间的车客运输增添了一支新生力量,而且大大地改善了两省间的车客流量,既缓解了车来人往的运输,又活跃了两地的经济发展。 “鸿志”号车客渡船,主要航行于广西省北海港与海南省海口港,属沿海航区。本船为双机、双桨、双舵的尾机型柴油机海峡渡船,首部设有水密跳板,汽车甲板上可载50辆汽车(载车重量1000吨),上甲板上设4人客房55间,起居甲板上除设有2人客房4间外,其余均为4人客房,全船可载客500人。上甲板上设有可容68只座位的餐厅,还设卡拉OK厅并
