老年突发性耳聋是耳科原因不明的一种常见特发性疾病。随着我国老年人口增多 ,老年突发性耳聋的发病率有逐年增高趋势〔1〕,至今治疗方法多 ,疗效不一。我科自 1 990 -0 7～ 1 998-1 2采用高压氧(ＨＢＯ)治疗老年突发性耳聋 4 5例 ,获得较满意疗效 ,兹介绍如下 :1 资料和方法1
