对妇女血浆雌二醇(E_2)水平与丙二醛(MDA)含量进行了观察。结果发现绝经期妇女较生育期妇女 E_2降低,MDA 升高,且两者呈负相关性。在建立不同 E_2水平的动物模型过程中观察到 E_2水平的降低、升高可导致大鼠肝脏和子宫组织匀浆中 MDA 的升高和降低,子宫组织的这一变化尤其明显.试验结果提示:机体中 E_2具有抑制脂质过氧化作用的能力,机体衰老可能与雌激素的降低而导致了组织中 MDA 的升高有关。
The levels of plasma estradiol (E_2) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in women were observed. The results showed that women with postmenopausal women had lower E2 and higher MDA than women with childbearing women, and there was a negative correlation between them. In the process of establishing animal models with different levels of E2, it was observed that the decrease and increase of E2 level could lead to the increase and decrease of MDA in liver and uterus tissue homogenates of rats. This change of uterine tissue is especially obvious. The experimental results suggest that: E2 in the body has the ability to inhibit lipid peroxidation, and aging of the body may be related to the decrease of estrogen and the increase of MDA in the tissue.
