前言癌治疗中酶疗法的意义是杀死癌细胞酶的应用,阻止由酶引起的癌症进展、以及并用酶增加抗癌剂的效果等等。酶疗法有用酶直接作用的直接法和用活化或抑制生物体内酶的药物间接疗法。纤溶有关物质是最近述及的物质。关于这些物质与抗癌剂并用在临床上已有应用。实验证明纤溶酶在抗癌剂的肿瘤病灶内及肿瘤细胞内浓度很高,是抗癌剂引起肿瘤细胞变性、崩坏时促进溶酶体(lysosome)颗粒活化而致。以下叙述在癌化学疗法并用纤溶有关物质的意义以及我们试验的临床治疗情况。
Introduction The significance of enzymatic therapy in cancer therapy is to kill the application of cancer cell enzymes, to prevent the progression of cancer caused by enzymes, and to increase the effect of anti-cancer agents in combination with enzymes. Enzymatic therapy is a direct method with direct action of enzymes and indirect therapy with drugs that activate or inhibit in vivo enzymes. Fibrinolytic related substances are the most recently mentioned substances. The use of these substances in combination with anticancer agents has been clinically applied. The experiment proved that the concentration of plasmin in the tumor lesions and tumor cells of anticancer agents is high, which is caused by the activation of lysosome granules when the anticancer agents cause tumor cell degeneration and collapse. The following describes the significance of cancer-related substances in cancer chemotherapy and the clinical treatment of our trial.
