微电机用高精度含油轴承是由公主岭市粉末冶金厂与吉林工业大学共同开发,在公主岭市粉末冶金厂研制成功的。于1986年12月24日通过省级鉴定,主要用于80和90瓦的微电机上。对该厂生产的φ10×15型球轴承抽查50只的结果表明,全跳动在0.01—0.05,内孔尺寸为φ10_(+0.005)~(+0.008),端面对内孔的跳动为0.02-0.07,内孔表面光洁度为▽8,硬度为HB60,含油率为18.3％。完全满足GB3087—81标准的要求,并达到日本同类产品水平。成批生产质量稳定,工艺简单,不需切削加工。将该产品推广应用,可以改变国产同类产品精度只能达到7—8级、寿命达不到设计要求、只得依靠进口的局面。营口洗衣机厂进行装机试验的结果表明,寿命可
