球状聚氯乙烯(PVC)与有机氨化剂 A 反应,制得了数种 A 系列球状弱碱性氯乙烯系阴离子交换树脂.较系统地测定及研究了所得弱碱树脂的性能.结果表明:该类弱碱树脂具有化学交换和物理吸附两种功能,球状 PVC 在被氨化的同时又发生交联反应,且氨化后于 PVC 主链上有 C=C结构形成,同时由扫描电镜测试可知,所得树脂具有大孔结构.因此,其实测交换量较高,交换及再生速度快,耐磨率高,不溶于酸碱及有机溶剂,化学稳定性好.具有一定的应用前景.
Spherical polyvinyl chloride (PVC) reacted with organic ammonifier A to prepare several kinds of A-series spherical weakly basic vinyl chloride anion exchange resins. The properties of the obtained weak base resins were systematically determined and studied. The results showed that the Weak alkali-base resin has two functions of chemical exchange and physical adsorption. Spherical PVC is cross-linked when it is ammoniated, and C = C structure is formed on the main chain of the PVC after ammonification. At the same time, it can be seen from the SEM , The resulting resin has a macroporous structure, therefore, the measured exchange capacity is high, exchange and regeneration speed, high wear resistance, insoluble in acid and alkali and organic solvents, good chemical stability, has a certain application prospects.
