一直在被模仿的罗康瑞认为,硬件可以类似,但瑞安的软件是其他房企做不到的神似,“我相信再过十五年,中国还是只有一个新天地。”从1971年创建瑞安集团,到1990年代进入上海市场,在三十多年的瑞安神话面前,罗康瑞坦言,最早进入上海的原动力是政策原因。1997年香港回归前后的瑞安核心业务依然在香港市场,彼时内地市场还是个未完全打开的大门,瑞安在原卢湾区树立起至今无法超越的地标新天地。在亚太房地产协会举办的地产领袖论坛上,罗康瑞再次梳理了瑞安的历程及策略,并对中国房地产市场的未来进行了预判。
