随着经济全球一体化进程的不断发展，企业已经不可避免地、逐渐地涉入国际竞争环境之中，这就突出了企业家在经济增长中的发动机作用。以美国为代表的西方国家早已根据新形势对企业家的新要求，开发并大力发展了一种新的管理教育形式：企业家教育。本文通过对这一发展趋势的论述，提出面对２１世纪，我国的产业界同样也会需要新的企业家队伍，这样才能在国际国内激烈的市场竞争中处于不败之地。因此，我们的经济管理类院校必须了解、正视这个发展的大趋势，及早投身于面向２１世纪的企业家教育，为我国经济发展培养能够面对新挑战、勇于创新的企业家队伍 With the continuous development of economic globalization, enterprises have inevitably and gradually involved in the international competitive environment, which highlights the entrepreneur's role in the economic growth of the engine. The western countries represented by the United States have long been developing and vigorously developing a new form of management education based on the new demands on entrepreneurs in the new situation: entrepreneurship education. Through the exposition of this development trend, this paper puts forward that in the 21st century, our country's industry will also need a new team of entrepreneurs, so as to be invincible in the fierce market competition both at home and abroad. Therefore, our institutions of economics and management must understand and face up to the general trend of this development. They should devote themselves early in the education of entrepreneurs facing the 21st century, and train the ranks of entrepreneurs capable of facing new challenges and innovations in the economic development of our country
