在我国教育改革发展的进程中,教师队伍的主体作用愈趋凸显,教师这一社会角色被赋予新的职业内涵和时代特质,“促进教师专业发展”成为当今我国教育改革和实践走向中浓墨重彩的篇章,呈现出当今时代教育独有的神韵和风貌,其在宏大叙事的背景下展开的多样化探索取得了实质性进展,令人鼓舞。本期校长沙龙撷取了来自安徽省铜陵市的几所学校的校长对该问题的不同看法及在该领域所采取的相应措施以飨读者,希望能引发更多的校长研究当代背景下教师发展的新问题,形成新认识与新经验,进而大力推进教师专业化进程。
In the process of the development of education reform in our country, the main role of the faculty is becoming more prominent. The teacher’s social role has been given new professional connotations and characteristics of the times, and “promoting professional development of teachers” has become the trend of China’s education reform and practice. The thick and colorful chapters present the unique charm and style of education in the modern era. It has made substantive progress in the diversified exploration under the background of grand narratives and is encouraging. In this issue, the principal’s salon learned from the principals of several schools in Tongling City, Anhui Province, the different views on the issue and the corresponding measures taken in this area to readers, hoping to trigger more principals to study the development of teachers in a contemporary context. New issues, the formation of new understanding and new experience, and then vigorously promote the professional process of teachers.
