现代工厂桥式吊车大梁大都是箱形刚体,整个大梁体为塑性箱式梁结构。在吊装货物过程中,梁体受交变荷重的影响,使主梁拱度消失而变形,天车将被迫停产检修(起拱度、矫正梁体,有时还要加固)。以往起拱是采用火焰法,加固多用钢骨架焊结构,既费工,又费料,而且工期长,很不经济。 为了及时、省工、省料地检修因主梁拱度消失而变形的天车,我们遵照毛主席关于“自力更生”的教导,组成了老工人、领导干部、工程技术人员的三结合班子,自己动手,采用圆钢拉筋法加固天车主梁的工艺,在我厂4天车(起重量10吨,跨距22米)大修上试验,
Modern factory bridge crane beams are mostly box-shaped rigid bodies, and the entire girder body is a plastic box-type beam structure. It also had a long construction period and was uneconomical. In order to promptly, labor-savingly, and materially repairing the overhead cranes that deformed due to the disappearance of the main beam, we followed Chairman Mao’s guidance on “self-reliance” and formed a three-team combination of old workers, leading cadres, and engineering and technical personnel. The hands-on, round steel reinforcement method used to reinforce the main beam of the overhead crane was tested on the overhaul of our four-day vehicle (with a capacity of 10 tons and a span of 22 meters).
