生本教育是郭思乐教授创立的一种新颖的教育思想和方式.生本教育即是为学生好学而设计的教育,也是以生命为本的教育,它既是一种方式,更是一种理念.如何让学生好学,既是对教师专业能力的考验,更是对教师专业思想的一种引领.要想成为一名专业型教师就必须关注对教学内容的设计能力、实施能力、教后的反思能力和研究性学习的能力.本文主要从教师对教材的解读到对教材的活用这个过程阐述生本教育对教师的教学设计和实施能力的引领.
