根据安徽马钢罗河铁矿一期300万t选厂全流程自动化控制在选厂磨矿系统的成功运用,总结出了球磨机—旋流器闭路智能优化控制的原理,验证了控制系统的软、硬件结构的主体方案。在自动化条件下,结合选厂生产特点,研发出一套适合的磨矿生产数学模型,智能控制磨矿浓度、旋流器给矿浓度及旋流器给矿压力,从而控制旋流器溢流粒度和浓度,达到了提高磨矿分级效率的目的,为磨矿系统生产闭环控制提供了科学理论依据。
