分析论述了煤巷预应力锚杆支护作用的机理,提出了煤巷预应力锚杆支护设计新方法——煤巷锚杆支护监控设计法,即采用基于神经网络与专家系统(ANN-ES)构建多级预测网络系统对支护参数进行预设计,辅以数值模拟分析巷道稳定性,并在实施过程中根据工程反馈的信息作出修改,应用该方法在刘桥一矿深部煤巷锚杆支护中取得了良好的支护效果。应用实践表明,煤巷采用高预应力锚杆(索)可以阻止顶板离层和两帮片帮,真正起到支护的作用,充分发挥围岩和支护体的共同承载作用。
The mechanism of prestressed anchor supporting in coal roadway is analyzed and discussed. A new design method of prestressed anchor supporting in coal roadway is put forward, that is, the monitoring design method of bolt supporting in coal roadway, which is based on neural network and expert system -ES) to construct the multi-level prediction network system to pre-design the support parameters and assist the analysis of roadway stability by numerical simulation. In the process of implementation, the information is modified according to the project feedback. By applying this method, Bolting support made good support effect. Application practice shows that the coal roadway with high prestressed anchor (cable) can prevent the roof off layer and two gang piece, really play the role of support, give full play to the surrounding rock and support the common bearing.
