目的了解辖区主要工业企业在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素,为保护职工的身体健康,制定职业病防治管理对策提供依据。方法对常州市武进区生产和使用化学品、电镀加工、机械制造行业在2005—2008年的职业病健康监护资料进行统计分析。结果被调查工业企业在2005—2008年开展职业健康监护36678人次,体检率为15%。发现职业病44例,职业病检出率为0.12%。结论电焊尘肺是集装箱制造业预防和控制职业病危害的防治工作重点,电镀加工行业的硬铬、装饰铬作业人员职业危害严重,各类化学品接触人群多,化工原料品种多,潜在职业病危害不容忽视。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards that exist in the production process of major industrial enterprises in the area and provide the basis for protecting the health of workers and formulating management strategies for occupational disease prevention and control. Methods Statistical analysis was conducted on the health monitoring data of occupational diseases produced and used in Wujin District of Changzhou City during 2005-2008 by chemicals, electroplating, and machinery manufacturing industries. Results The surveyed industrial enterprises carried out 36,678 occupational health monitoring in 2005-2008, with a rate of 15%. 44 cases of occupational diseases were found, the detection rate of occupational diseases was 0.12%. Conclusion Welding dust pneumoconiosis is the focus of prevention and control of occupational hazards in container manufacturing industry. Hard chrome and decorative chrome workers in electroplating processing industry have serious occupational hazards. Many kinds of chemicals come into contact with populations, many varieties of chemical raw materials and potential occupational hazards can not be ignored .
