一、教师队伍的政治素质、业务素质、学识水平得到了提高。根据农村高中教学实际的需要,结合我校年轻教师占教师总数80%以上的特点,开展了以老带新、大练教学基本功、三课一评等培训活动,一批骨干教师和学科带头人脱颖而出。有两名年轻教师通过竞争被破格晋升为中学高级教师,有1人被评为全国优秀教师;有10名教师先后被评为省、市级先进教师;有5名年轻教师被评为市级教学能手;有20名教师分获县级教学能手、优秀课和学科知识竞赛优秀指导奖;“生物进化”录像课获省级优秀课;“蛋的构造”
First, the political quality, professional quality and academic level of the teaching staff have been improved. In accordance with the needs of rural high school teaching practice, combined with the characteristics that young teachers in our school account for more than 80% of the total number of teachers, we have carried out training activities such as the basic skills of the old belt, large training, and three classes and one evaluation.
