一、前言棚车入厂作定期检修时,各个部分都要进行检查修理。在木结构方面,特别是内墙板的截换工作量较大。日本近年来制造的有盖货车只有80000型棚车一种,1980年末80000型棚车占全部有盖货车的43%,为棚车中辆数最多的一种车。辆数多并且内墙板尺寸基本标准化的80000型车受到重视,研究的重点是负荷最大的端墙内墙板。根据对入厂破损车研究的结果,建议改变内墙板形状,采用新的修理方案,使内墙板及其修理作业标准化,以提高作业效率。
