以梨树矮化品种\'中矮3号\'和乔化品种\'早酥\'1年生枝条为试材,研究其幼叶植物激素含量和枝条生长状态的年变化规律。结果表明:同一时期内,GA_3含量较高的\'中矮3号\'枝条生长较\'早酥\'慢,IAA和BR含量较高的\'早酥\'枝条生长较\'中矮3号\'快,说明梨树幼叶内源激素含量对枝条的生长具有重要作用,且表现为相对较高的GA_3抑制枝条生长,相对较高的IAA和BR促进枝条生长。
The perennial branch of pear dwarf variety \'Zhongzai 3\' and Qiaohua variety \'Zaocu\' were used as experimental materials to study the annual variation of plant hormone content and branch growth status. The results showed that the growth of \'Zhongzhao No.3\' branch with higher GA 3 content was slower than that of \'Zaosu\' branch in the same period, and the growth of \'early crisp\' branch with higher IAA and BR content was faster than that of \'Zhongzai No.3\' Endogenous hormones in young leaves of pear had an important role in the growth of shoots, and showed relatively high GA_3 inhibition of shoot growth. Relatively high levels of IAA and BR promoted shoot growth.
