利用SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对鹿角胶、龟板胶、海龙胶、阿胶和杂皮胶进行了电泳鉴别分析。结果表明不同来源的胶类药材,其电泳谱带数目、分布的区域以及电泳谱带的着色程度均有显著的差异,为胶类药材的鉴别提供了一种新方法。
The SDS-PAGE polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis method was used to analyze the electrophoresis of antler glue, turtle shell glue, sea dragon glue, donkey-hide gelatin glue and scalp glue. The results showed that there were significant differences in the number and distribution of electrophoresis bands and the degree of staining of the electrophoresis bands from different sources of gums, which provided a new method for the identification of gums.
