头风饮是中医治疗偏头痛的经典方剂。根据硝酸甘油、偏头痛、早快基因表达的内在联系 ,本研究在国内首次复制了硝酸甘油型实验性偏头痛动物模型 ,并用免疫组化方法观察早快基因c fos、c jun的表达。结果 :硝酸甘油型实验性偏头痛大鼠脑干、下丘脑c fos、c jun基因表达明显增强 ;头风饮能显著抑制偏头痛大鼠脑干、下丘脑增强的c fos、c jun基因表达 ,与模型组比较有显著性或极显著性差异 ,与空白对照组、阳性药物麦角胺咖啡因组比较无显著性差异。提示头风饮具有治疗实验性偏头痛动物模型的作用。
Head wind drink is a classic prescription for migraine treatment in traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the intrinsic link between nitroglycerin, migraine, and early gene expression, this study first replicated a nitroglycerin-based experimental migraine animal model and used immunohistochemistry to observe the expression of the early fasting genes c fos and c jun. RESULTS: The expression of c fos and c jun genes in the brain stem and hypothalamus of nitroglycerin-induced experimental migraine rats was significantly increased. Fengfengyin could significantly inhibit the expression of c fos and c jun genes in the brain stem and hypothalamus of migraine rats. There was a significant or extremely significant difference between the model group and the control group. There was no significant difference between the control group and the positive drug ergotamine caffeine group. It is suggested that head-wind drinking has the effect of treating experimental migraine animal models.
