[目的]建立供水塑料管材浸泡液中7种邻苯二甲酸酯的测定方法。[方法]利用OASISTMHLB固相萃取柱富集和净化样品,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分析。[结果]该方法7种邻苯二甲酸酯回收率范围为87.3%~98.4%,相对标准偏差为1.67%~3.47%。[结论]HPLC法准确度和灵敏度较高,操作简便,适用于供水塑料管材浸泡液中邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP),邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP),邻苯二甲酸二丙酯(DPP),邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP),邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP),邻苯二甲酸丁基苄基酯(BBP)和邻苯二甲酸二乙基已基酯(DEHP)的测定。
[Objective] To establish a method for determination of 7 kinds of phthalates in the immersion liquid of plastic pipe for water supply. [Method] The samples were enriched and purified by OASISTMHLB solid phase extraction column and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). [Result] The recoveries of 7 phthalates in this method ranged from 87.3% to 98.4% with relative standard deviations of 1.67% ~ 3.47%. [Conclusion] The HPLC method has high accuracy and sensitivity and easy operation. It is suitable for the determination of dimethyl phthalate (DMP), diethyl phthalate (DEP), di (DPP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), dioctyl phthalate (DOP), butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP) and diethylhexyl phthalate Determination of Ester (DEHP).
