多原发性癌正受到国内外学者日益重视，临床报告逐年增多。我院从1970年4月至1996年10月共收治消化道癌562例，其中多原发性消化道癌11例。现报道如下。临床资料：多原发性消化道癌11例中，男7例，女4例。患者年龄37～69岁，以50～60岁最多。同时性多原发性消化道癌3例；异时性 Multi-primary cancers are receiving increasing attention from scholars at home and abroad, and clinical reports have increased year by year.
