小学美术教学要关爱美术后进生,我结合自己的教学实践从四方面谈谈转化后进生的方法。习惯上要养成,情感上要亲近,拉近师生的心理距离;挖掘他们的闪光点,进行鼓励、表扬,调动学习美术的积极性。降低要求,让后进生体验成功的快乐。在教师的关爱下,让每个后进生也像其他同学一样喜欢美术,在不同的起点上获得不同的进步。
Art teaching in primary schools should care for students after art, and in my own teaching practice, I will talk about ways to improve students’ life after transformation. Habits to develop, emotionally close, closer to the psychological distance between teachers and students; dig their flash points, to encourage, praise, mobilization to learn the enthusiasm of art. Reduce the requirements for post-graduating students to experience the joy of success. Under the teacher’s care, each of the posterity students like art like other students and make different progress at different starting points.
