新一选煤厂为适应煤炭产品市场的要求,提高企业经济效益,在原生产系统和选煤厂土建工程基础上设计改扩建一座年处理能力1.8万 t 的选煤厂。2005年试运行,2006年7月交工正式投产,产品为市场需要的8级冶炼精煤和洗混煤。1 生产工艺该厂入选原料煤特点为块煤含量少,末煤和煤泥含量大。采用两段两产品重介旋流器+螺旋分选机+浮选联合工艺流程。选前脱泥,其中50~1mm 级采用两段两产品重介旋流器分选,1~0.15 mm 级采用螺旋分选机分选,<0.15 mm 级采用浮选。因其工艺环节衔接合理,相对于重介旋流器+浮选为特征的两工艺流程,从根本上实现重介分选的优化,提高了各相关环节的分选效果和稳定性。粗煤泥部分(1~0.15 mm)由于可选性好,分选密度高,选用螺旋分选机分选。
