公安教育因为公安职业的特殊性,具有很强的专属特色。由于权力分工体系和刑事诉讼构造的变革,现代公安教育急需引入对抗性的思维。通过对抗性的课程设计,还原理论界和实践中的观点争议,熟悉侦查办案的具体操作,掌握证据体系的构建和完善。为了实现公安教学的对抗式授课,教学团队由专职教师、律师、法检官员、行业专家等组成,通过理论与案例教学、实训演练等模块授课,使得对抗式授课取得最好的效果。
Public security education because of the particularity of public security profession, has a strong unique characteristics. Due to the change of the division of power system and the construction of criminal procedure, modern public security education urgently needs to introduce antagonistic thinking. Through confrontational curriculum design, reduction of theoretical circles and controversial views in practice, we are familiar with the specific operation of investigating and handling cases and mastering the construction and improvement of the evidence system. In order to realize the confrontational teaching of public security teaching, the teaching team consists of full-time teachers, lawyers, legal officials and industry experts.
