在使用HFW焊管的时候,尤其是井下作业的过程中需要应对不同程度的高温情况,为了获取温度变化的不同情况,可以使用EBSD相机进行管体围观组织的分析,进而取得几种比较典型温度之下的强度发生的变以及变化规律的温度曲线、导热系数的温度曲线。相关的结果显示,如果在三百度的温度之的话强度比较高,如果在六百到九百的温度条件下,剪切和杨氏模量嫩出现速度的降低。通过相关的研究可以知道,管体的高温力学性能和热物理性能,能够为焊管在高温的条件下工作提供一定保障。
