以5个不同侧耳属菌株为研究对象,在其试管菌丝生长阶段,采用不同高低温处理培养,以期培养出耐高温、耐干燥的优良菌种,同时对比分析了同一菌株不同型在甘肃甘南高海拔地区的生产性能。结果表明:5个不同侧耳属菌株(PG型)在菌丝体生长阶段短时间内均能忍受50℃左右的高温,经恢复生长后的PGS型菌株菌丝(变温培养后)较PG型菌株生命力更加旺盛;在当地高温栽培季节(每年7—8月),PGS型菌株显示出了较强的耐高温和抗干燥的能力,其现蕾期和采收期较PG型菌株均至少提前3d,且子实体朵型紧凑,叶片肥厚,韧性较强;PGS型菌株生物转化率比PG型菌株至少高出5%左右。
Five different strains of Pleurotus ostreatus were selected as research objects. The mycelium growth stage of the test tube was treated with different high and low temperature treatments in order to cultivate high-temperature-resistant and dry-resistant fine strains. Meanwhile, the different strains of the same strain in Gannan of Gansu High-altitude performance of the area. The results showed that all five strains of Pleurotus ostreatus (PG) were able to tolerate about 50 ℃ in a short period of mycelial growth stage. After the growth of PGS strain mycelium Vitality more vigorous; in the local high-temperature cultivation season (July-August each year), PGS-type strains showed a strong ability of high temperature and anti-drying, its budding and harvesting period compared with PG-type strain at least 3d , And fruiting body compact type, leaf hypertrophy, toughness strong; PGS-type strains of bioconversion rate of at least 5% higher than the PG-type strains.
