在研究高素质技能型人才发展趋势上,对于职业院校而言,学校在教学设施、教学内容、新技术应用方面的局限性,教师和学生的知识水平都不能完全达到企业对于人才的要求。通过工学结合、校企合作,高职教学可以及时引人企业高技能人才,教师可以进人企业进行挂职锻炼,学生也可以通过在企业生产实习和顶岗实习,掌握专业发展方向,提高职业技能,增加技能竞赛经验。而职业技能竞赛的最终目的在于通过竞赛强化学生职业技能,提高学生综合素质,培养学生解决实际问题的能力,这与整个学校的教育目的是一致的。除此之外,目前社会上缺少大量的建筑智能化人才,在对建筑智能化专业人才需求现状的分析基础上,阐述了建筑智能化专业应用型人才的培养要强调以素质教育为核心的“基础+专业”结构,给出专业结构框架、课程体系和教学内容改革的具体实施办法,是我们不断探索的问题。
