制备高纯度的已知物质,常常为科学研究中不可缺少的重要工作。比如,对于某一未知混合物进行色谱分析时,没有和纯物质进行对比与校正,就很难作出准确的定性判断。侭管文献的记载表明,可根据前人的保留体积(Vg值),去推测各餾峰属何物质,然而限于各种操作参数的变化,其结果并不十分令人满意。此外,在一些特定的场合,也经常需要相应的纯气样与之配合。
Preparation of known substances of high purity is often an indispensable and important task in scientific research. For example, when an unknown mixture is subjected to chromatographic analysis, it is difficult to make an accurate qualitative judgment without comparing and correcting with a pure substance. According to the records in the literature, it can be concluded from the retention volume (Vg value) of predecessors that the substances in each peak are speculated. However, the results are not very satisfactory due to changes in various operating parameters. In addition, in some special occasions, often require the corresponding pure gas sample with it.
