本文提出了一种基于塔式起重机钢板式力矩限制器的数字化改进方案。该方案可数字化显示塔机的实时工作力矩值，提高原有塔机的安全操作性。系统检测数据的非易失性记录可使数字化的力矩限制器成为塔式起重机的“黑匣子”。整套系统成本低，且易于对现有在用塔机进行改造。
This paper presents a digital improvement scheme based on the tower crane torque limiter. The scheme can digitally display the tower crane’s real-time working torque value and improve the safe operation of the existing tower crane. The non-volatile recording of system test data makes the digitized torque limiter the “black box” for tower cranes. The entire system is low cost and easy to retrofit existing tower crane.
