研究基于OOK调制方式的日盲紫外光LED的通信性能,给出了紫外光通信的系统总体结构设计方案,分析了采用直流驱动日盲紫外光LED的性能,设计了数据发送端和接收端电路,在不同条件下对系统进行了实验测试,并对不同通信速率情况下系统通信距离和误码率(BER)进行了分析。结果表明,日盲紫外光LED通信背景干扰越小,系统BER越低;相同距离情况下通信速率越小,BER越低,采用中继通信方式可以有效扩大通信距离。
The communication performance of day-blind UV LED based on OOK modulation is studied. The overall system design of UV communication is given. The performance of DC-driven solar-blind UV LED is analyzed. The data transmitting and receiving circuits are designed The system was tested under different conditions and the system communication distance and bit error rate (BER) under different communication rates were analyzed. The results show that the lower the BER is, the lower the system BER is and the lower the communication rate is and the lower the BER is. In the same distance, the relay communication mode can effectively expand the communication distance.
