[目的]探索紫海胆(Anthocidaris crassispina)增殖放流对野生虾类和蟹类行为的影响。[方法]在实验室内开展微宇宙法模拟试验,研究紫海胆增殖放流对野生虾类和蟹类行为的影响。[结果]日本对虾(Penaeus japonicus)、斑节对虾(Penaeus monodon)和近缘新对虾(Metapenaeus affinis)与紫海胆Coexist,紫海胆对日本对虾有一定的吸引特性,但均无危害情况发生;红星梭子蟹(Portunus sanguinolentus)与紫海胆间未发现有行为影响和危害情况,三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)和锈斑蟳(Charybdis feriatus)在数量较多时可能会对紫海胆造成一定的危害,但并不是普遍现象。[结论]该研究结果可为生物行为学和进一步开展紫海胆增殖放流生态风险评价提供参考。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore the effects of the proliferation and release of Anthocidaris crassispina on the behavior of wild shrimp and crab. [Method] The microcosmic simulation experiment was conducted in the laboratory to study the effects of purple sea urchin proliferation and excretion on the behavior of wild shrimp and crab. [Result] Penaeus japonicus, Penaeus monodon and Metapenaeus affinis, and purple sea urchin Coexist and purple sea urchin had certain attraction characteristics to Japanese shrimp, but all were harmless. Red star Portunus sanguinolentus and purple sea urchin did not find any behavioral effects and hazards. Portunus trituberculatus and Charybdis feriatus may be harmful to purple sea urchin in large numbers, but not universal phenomenon. [Conclusion] The results of this study may provide reference for biological behavior and ecological risk assessment of purple sea urchin proliferation and release.
