研究表明,棉种发芽前采取相应的预处理措施,对其发芽率有一定的影响。同一品种、同一种子批种子采取脱绒包衣处理后可提高10.0个百分点以上;光籽(包衣种)采取种皮切割和烫种10min 处理,发芽率比对照提高8.3～6.6个百分点,达极显著水平;毛籽采取种皮切割处理可比对照发芽率提高6.4个百分点,达显著水平;其余处理与对照差异不显著。
