将配体L[2,5-二-(3,5-二甲基吡唑-4-巯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑]与Co(NO3)2 6H2O,Cd(NO3)2 4H2O和MnCl2 4H2O进行配位反应,得到三个配合物[Co(L)2(H2O)4](NO3)2 4(CH3CH2OH)(1),[Cd(L)2(H2O)4](NO3)2 4(CH3CH2OH)(2),[Mn(L)2(Cl)2(CH3OH)2]2(CH3OH)(3),并用元素分析,FT-IR和X射线单晶衍射进行了表征.分析结果表明,配体L呈“U”形,配合物1~3呈“S”形.配合物中Co(II),Cd(II),Mn(II)的配位环境均为扭曲八面体,每个金属离子同时和两个配体进行配位.配体和配合物体外抑菌活性研究结果表明,配体及其配合物都有一定的抑菌活性.
The ligand L [2,5-bis- (3,5-dimethylpyrazole-4-mercapto) -1,3,4-thiadiazole] was reacted with Co (NO3) 2 6H2O, Cd (NO3) 2 4H 2 O and MnCl 2 4H 2 O to give three complexes [Co (L) 2 (H 2 O) 4] (NO 3) 2 4 (CH 3 CH 2 OH) ) 2 4 (CH3CH2OH) (2) [Mn (L) 2 (Cl) 2 (CH3OH) 2] 2 (CH3OH) (3) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The results showed that the ligand L was in the shape of “U ” and the complex 1 ~ 3 was “S ”. The complexes of Co (II), Cd (II) In order to distort the octahedron, each metal ion coordinates with two ligands at the same time.The results of in vitro antibacterial activity of the ligands and complexes show that the ligands and their complexes have certain antibacterial activity.
