In the economic restructuring, the Huzhong Forestry Bureau of the Daxing’anling Forest Management Bureau constantly improved the system of mechanical contract responsibility and insisted on the implementation of objective management. The mechanical management work has been developing year after year. For the fourth consecutive year, it has been awarded the title of “Advanced Machinery Management Advanced Enterprise” by the Forest Management Bureau. In 1985 and 1986, it was awarded the title of Advanced Equipment Management Unit of the Ministry of Forestry. In 1987, the mechanical integrity rate reached 92.5%, which was 1.5% higher than that in 1986; the comprehensive utilization rate of machinery reached 72.2%, compared with 1986.
