目的:通过分析山东祝阳、长清、泰安的4个不同品系丹参(18、23、74、105品系)产量及活性成分变化规律,以了解环境和品系对丹参产量及活性成分含量的影响。方法:采用HPLC法测定酚酸及丹参酮含量;福林酚法测定总酚酸含量;Klason法测定木质素含量。结果:丹参生长环境及品系对其产量及活性成分含量影响显著。丹参产量及活性成分含量间呈负相关。祝阳产地丹参活性成分含量较高,但产量较低。泰安产地丹参活性成分含量较低,但产量较高。长清产地丹参具有较高的总酚酸含量及总丹参酮含量,适于丹参栽培。此外,与其他3个品系相比,105品系可保持丹酚酸B在参试环境中稳定,具有一定的抗逆性。结论:该研究为丹参选择最优品系及最适种植环境提供了理论依据。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of environment and strain on the yield and active ingredient content of Salvia miltiorrhiza (Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.) By analyzing the variation of yield and active components of Salvia miltiorrhiza (18,23,74,105 strains) in four different lines of Zhuyang, Changqing and Taian in Shandong province. Methods: The contents of phenolic acids and tanshinones were determined by HPLC. The total phenolic acids content was determined by Folin phenol method. The lignin content was determined by Klason method. Results: The growth environment of Salvia miltiorrhiza and its strains had a significant effect on its yield and active ingredient content. Salvia production and active ingredient content was negatively correlated. Zhu Yang Dan high active ingredient content, but lower yields. Tai’an origin Salvia miltiorrhiza active ingredient content is lower, but the yield is higher. Salvia miltiorrhiza from Changqing has higher total phenolic acids content and total tanshinone content, which is suitable for the cultivation of Salvia miltiorrhiza. In addition, compared with the other three lines, 105 lines can maintain salvianolic acid B stable in the test environment, has a certain degree of resistance. Conclusion: This study provides the theoretical basis for the optimal selection of Danshen and the optimal planting environment.
