了解河南省淮阳县蛔虫(Ascaris lumbricoides)、钩虫(Ancylostoma sp.)和鞭虫(Trichuris trichiura)等土源性线虫病的流行动态。2011-2015年,在淮阳县每年收集不少于1 000人份的粪便样本,采用改良加藤厚涂片法检查土源性线虫及其他肠道蠕虫卵,钩虫阳性粪样用试管滤纸培养法鉴定虫种;3~12周岁儿童加做透明胶纸肛拭法检查蛲虫(Enterobius vermicularis)虫卵;每年随机抽取10户家庭,收集其菜地、厕所、庭院和厨房的土壤样本,用改良饱和硝酸钠漂浮法检测土壤蛔虫卵污染情况。5年累计监测5 229人,发现肠道蠕虫感染者54人,总感染率为1.03%。共查出蛔虫、鞭虫、十二指肠钩虫(Ancylostoma duodenale)、蛲虫和东方毛圆线虫(Trichostrongylus orientalis)等5种肠道蠕虫,感染人数分别为13、2、9、29和1人,均为轻度感染,无多虫感染。2015年土源性线虫感染率最高,为0.6%(7/1 134);2013年感染率最低,为0.3%(3/1 037)(P>0.05)。各年龄段中<10岁组肠道蠕虫感染率最高,为2.8%(25/905),其次为70岁以上和30~40岁组,感染率分别为1.6%(4/256)和1.2%(8/671),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。儿童肛拭法检查蛲虫平均感染率为1.8%(18/993)。幼托儿童和学生蛲虫感染率较高,分别为1.6%(6/366)和1.3%(13/1 005),与农民蛲虫感染率0.3%(10/3 782)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。随机采集土壤样本200份,未发现蛔虫卵。2011-2015年河南省淮阳县土源性线虫感染维持在较低水平。
To understand the prevalence of soil-borne nematode diseases such as Ascaris lumbricoides, Ancylostoma sp. And Trichuris trichiura in Huaiyang County, Henan Province. From 2011 to 2015, no less than 1,000 stool samples were collected each year in Huaiyang County.
