进行了预应力碳纤维布加固混凝土方柱预应力损失试验。试验考虑的影响因素包括:预应力大小、方柱的倒角半径、柱表面处理情况。试验得到了预应力碳纤维布的摩擦损失量和长期的应力松弛损失量,分析了各因素对碳纤维布预应力损失的影响,得出了预应力损失的发展规律,并提出了减小预应力碳纤维布损失的措施。试验表明:当预应力越大、倒角尺寸越小、柱表面越粗糙,则摩擦损失越大;预应力碳纤维布表面涂胶与没有涂胶相比较,应力松弛损失到达稳定状态所需的时间少且总松弛量少;预应力越大,松弛损失的速度越快;摩擦损失占预应力总损失的66%以上。
Prestressed carbon fiber reinforced concrete square column prestress loss test was carried out. Factors considered in the test include: the size of the prestress, the radius of the chamfer of the square column, and the surface treatment of the column. The friction loss and long-term stress relaxation loss of prestressed carbon fiber cloth were obtained. The influence of various factors on the prestress loss of carbon fiber cloth was analyzed.
