临床上,对心脏病患者作白内障、青光跟手术必须慎重,因为手术时牵拉眼肌压迫跟球可能引起眼心反射导致不良后果。我院1978年以来先后给79例经术前检查心电图证实患有不同型类的心脏病人作了白内障与青光眼手术,术后经过顺利,无一例出现不良反应,报告如下。患者年龄最小42岁,最大83岁。男35例,女44例。心脏病类型为高心病35例、冠心病24例、肺心病11例、风心病9例,白内障囊内摘出术24例,囊外40例,抗青光眼术15例均采用深层巩膜咬切术。
